Coenzyme Q10 capsules (300mg) provides a daily ‘trans’ form COQ10 supplement. CoQ10 is found in every cell of the body, and in particularly high concentrations in the heart. In the body it is a part of the electron transfer chain, which converts food into energy.
Under normal circumstances, the body is able to maintain adequate levels of coenzyme Q10. However, co enzyme Q10 levels decrease with age, and are depleted by intense physical exercise, illness and some medications.
There are few food sources that contains CoQ10, and those that do which are more commonly consumed do not by far contain a proper single serving of Q10.

Directions:
Adults, take CoQ10 1 capsule daily with food. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
